Common topics
- Getting access. MediScribe Flow accounts are created and authorized by your organization's administrator. If you need an account, contact your administrator or request a demo.
- Signing in. Sign in with the email your organization registered. If you can't sign in, email support and include the email address on your account.
- Microphone or recording issues. Make sure microphone access is allowed in your device settings. Recordings are saved on your device first and upload when you're back online.
- Account deletion. You can request deletion of your account and data at any time — see Account Deletion.
- Privacy & security. See our Privacy Policy and Security page. A Business Associate Agreement (BAA) is available on request.
Clinical responsibility
MediScribe Flow provides documentation-workflow support and review assistance. The practitioner remains responsible for clinical judgment, review, and final documentation. Nothing is finalized or delivered without practitioner review.
